Building Surveyor

Our client who is an innovative and dynamic architecture practice based in Durham is looking to recruit both graduate and experienced Building Surveyors.

Applicants should hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying and be MRICS-accredited or working towards accreditation.

This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Responsibilities will include:

Building condition surveys.

Quinquennial inspections.

Report writing.

Preparing schedules of repairs.

Planning applications.

Listed building and building regulation applications.

Preparation of tender packages.
