Architectural Technologist

Our client a well-established and forward-thinking architecture practice based in Durham is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist with strong Revit capability to support its expanding project portfolio.

The role will suit a technically driven professional who is CIAT-accredited (or working towards MCIAT) and confident in delivering high-quality technical information within a BIM-led environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit.

Developing and managing BIM models in line with project and practice standards.

Coordinating consultant information and resolving technical design issues.

Supporting projects through planning, building regulations, and construction stages.

Assisting with technical quality control and best practice across projects.

Collaborating closely with architects, technologists, and project teams.

Key requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential).

CIAT-accredited or working towards MCIAT.

Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
