Cleaning Director

Your new company
Our client are a leading FM service provider and they are hiring a Cleaning Director / Head of Service to join their team as a head of service and subject-matter expert to lead the strategic delivery of cleaning services to a national portfolio of clients.

Your new role
As Head of Service for cleaning, you will take ownership of the cleaning delivery for a significant portfolio of clients across the UK. You will lead the strategic direction of cleaning services including supply chain improvements, service improvements, and supporting with bids and tenders. This is a brand-new role with great scope to make the role your own.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in the delivery of cleaning/soft services facilities to a portfolio of clients or contracts. You will also require:

Sales understanding to support with bids, tenders and divisional growth
Cleaning accreditations and other relevant qualifications
Significant cleaning industry knowledge to be the SME in the team
Ability to work in London around twice per week and travel to clients around the UK as required (not significant travel)
