Senior Site Manager – King's Lynn

Warwick Callow Ltd

Senior Site Manager – King’s Lynn
£60,000 – £70,000 + Package
New build & refurbishment | Long-term regional workload
The Opportunity
This role is with a long-established regional contractor that has built its reputation on well-run sites, repeat clients, and a leadership team that understands construction from the ground up.
The business has a secured pipeline of work across West Norfolk and the wider East of England, delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across education, healthcare, commercial and public-sector environments. Projects are sensibly procured, properly resourced, and planned to be delivered well, not rushed through.
They are now strengthening their site leadership with a Senior Site Manager who takes pride in running organised, safe, professional sites and wants long-term stability rather than chasing the next short-term project.
The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of live construction sites, acting as the senior presence on site and setting the standard for safety, quality and programme.
You will lead subcontractors and site teams, coordinate works in line with the programme, and maintain clear control of site operations from start to finish. Working alongside a Project Manager or Contracts Manager, you will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems as they arise, and keep projects moving without unnecessary escalation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, runs a tight site, and leads by example.
