We’re looking for a talented Commercial Manager to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-profile projects across Industrial & Logistics, Data Centres, and Life Sciences in Dublin.

Lead commercial activities across multiple projects.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and commercial reports.
Manage subcontractor and client relationships.
Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
Support bids and tender submissions.You’ll need:

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of Industrial, Logistics, Data Centre, or Life Sciences sectors.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
