Oversee and coordinate construction activities on the rail project, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

Must have refurb experience, 

Field Based- Company vehicle will be provided

Manage onsite teams, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery within deadlines and budgets.

Review project plans, monitor progress, and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects aligned with objectives.

Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the rail or construction industry, with relevant qualifications.

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, project management tools, and regulatory requirements.

Valid certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent, and own PPE and essential surveying tools.
