Site Manager

The Company:

We are working with a growing Regional Building Contractor who have grown consistently over the last few years and are capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £10 Million, for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, extra care, residential, commercial and industrial.

They secure work through several key regional procurement frameworks and good relationships with private clients.

The Role:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work secured for 2026, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have worked for a regional building contractor as a Site Manager.

You will have worked on construction projects similar to those mentioned above.

You will be based in, or able to commute to Lancashire on a daily basis, the majority of their work is in and around the Lancashire area with occasional work in Manchester.
