Construction Project Manager

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Construction Project Manager position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The Construction Project Manager position for a national main-contractor who specialise in office fit-out projects.
The project is based in Cambridge, but they are after someone who resides near Northampton as this is a good middle ground for a lot of their projects.
The role is for a Construction Project Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Programme management
* Managing site managers and trades
* Controlling project variations
* Health & safety
* Managing materials
Requirements for the Construction Project Manager role are:
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Experience in fit-out projects.
* Experience with either commercial fit out projects
* Autonomously running projects.
* Experience with D&B is prefered.
* SSSTS or SMSTS
