Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic contractor delivering high-profile projects across Industrial & Logistics, Data Centres, and Life Sciences in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of commercial and contractual responsibilities, working closely with project teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
Prepare valuations, forecasts, and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Support bid and tender preparation when required.You’ll need:

Proven experience as a Senior QS on Industrial, Logistics, Data Centre, or Life Sciences projects.
Excellent understanding of contract law and commercial management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
