Night Shift Manager

Job Title: Night Shift Reactive Maintenance Manager

Location: Work-from-home position.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 7:45 AM, with a focus on handling about 30 calls up until midnight and remaining available for any overnight calls. You will also be on-call every other weekend.

Salary: Starting at £40,000 per year, with potential for more.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming maintenance calls during the evening and night hours.

Log each call into the company’s system for tracking and follow-up.

Liaise with engineers to ensure they are dispatched to the correct property in a timely manner.

Provide a morning handover report so the day team is fully informed.
