Junior Estimator – Renewable Energy – We are working with a specialist company based in Cambridge, specialising in renewable heating and cooling technologies. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team on an entry-level basis.

This role is ideal for someone who has recently left school or college and is looking to start a long-term career in the Energy Transition and renewable technology sector. Full training will be provided, with clear career progression opportunities within the business.

Your role:

Assisting with cost estimates for renewable heating and cooling projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information
Supporting senior estimators with pricing and quotations
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
Learning industry standards, systems, and software
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

Recently left school or college, or looking for an entry-level office role
Strong interest in renewable energy, engineering, or sustainability
Good numeracy, IT, and organisational skills
Willing to learn and develop within a technical environment
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Able to commute to our office-based location near Barrington / Cambridge
