Document Controller – PERM – Multi Phased 10 year project – Full Time – Site based in Long Ashton, BS41

Our client are an established main contractor, and they are looking for an Offcie Co-Ordinator to join the team for a large project in Long Ashton, Bristol

Day-to-day Duties:

Manage daily office operations

*

Answer phones, handle emails, and coordinate correspondence

*

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

*

Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents

*

Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections

*

Track and distribute construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders)

*

Assist project managers with document preparation and tracking

*

Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance documentation

*

Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

*

Assist with job costing, budget tracking, and vendor payments

*

Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and documentation

*

Assist with onboarding new employees and subcontractors

*

Support recruitment and hiring coordination

*

Maintain safety documentation and training records

*

Coordinate deliveries, equipment rentals, and site logistics

*

Order office and job-site supplies
