Project Manager – Bespoke Luxury New Build Estate
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package
I am recruiting on behalf of a respected residential developer for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a bespoke, luxury new build one-off estate.
This role requires a Project Manager with proven experience in luxury new build housing and a strong trade background, ideally carpentry, bringing an exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship to a high-end residential project.
The Role:
You will take full responsibility for managing and delivering this prestigious development from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of build quality, finish and programme control.
Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end project management of a bespoke luxury new build estate
*
Managing site management teams, consultants and subcontractors
*
Overseeing construction quality with a strong focus on detail and finish
*
Coordinating complex design elements and bespoke packages
*
Programme planning, sequencing and progress reporting
*
Cost control, procurement and value engineering without compromising quality
*
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
*
Client and stakeholder liaison throughout the project lifecycle
*
Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
Requirements:
*
Essential: Proven experience as a Project Manager within luxury new build residential housing
*
Strong trade background, ideally carpentry, with hands-on construction knowledge
*
Exceptional attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
*
Experience delivering bespoke, high-value residential projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
*
Excellent understanding of construction methods, sequencing and high-end finishes
*
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
*
Professional qualifications (MCIOB, RICS or similar) desirable
