Contracts Manager – Long Ashton, Bristol – PERM role on a multi phased 10 year project – Site based

Our client are a Main Contractor based in Kent that are looking for a contracts manager to join their team on a 10 year build of new campus and offices

Duties for a Contracts Manager:

Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

*

Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies

*

Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

*

Managing Project Manager & Site Managers across each phase

Qualifications:

SMSTS

CSCS Card

First Aid

Previous Commercial New Build experience
