The Role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll:

Conduct internal and external stock condition surveys on the Estate.
Record and update condition data accurately using handheld software.
Identify required repairs, component lifecycles, and any defect issues.
Provide clear and concise reports to inform asset management decisions.
Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
Liaise with members of staff in a courteous manner. You
To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll bring:

Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys (either in housing or commercial).
Strong understanding of defect issues.
Proficiency in using asset management or survey software.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
