Job Title: Site Manager – Cladding ProjectLocation: Norwich

Salary: £55,000 per annum

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a cladding project based in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a key role requiring strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and a solid understanding of external envelope and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site

Oversee cladding installation works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives

Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed and maintained on site

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety inspections

Monitor programme progress and report against targets

Liaise with the project team, client, and consultants

Ensure quality control and resolve any on-site issues promptly

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding or external envelope projects

Strong knowledge of cladding systems and façade construction

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines

Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards
