Role Overview:

The successful candidate will manage the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the mechanical delivery of commercial projects, primarily within the financial sector.

Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and installation works.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.

*

Monitor project progress, risk, and commercial performance.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.

*

Prepare reports and attend site/project meetings.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within MEP or building services.

*

Experience delivering commercial projects, ideally within the financial sector.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects or packages simultaneously.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project financials.
