We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the delivery team on a 180-unit residential development in Camden. This is a strong opportunity for a capable Project Manager to take responsibility for a live scheme while managing a small, focused project team.

The role has a particular emphasis on the fit-out and delivery stages, requiring a hands-on individual with strong coordination and quality control experience.

The Role

Act as Project Manager overseeing day-to-day site delivery

*

Manage and lead a small on-site project team

*

Maintain control of programme, quality, and subcontractor performance

Drive fit-out works through to completion and handover

*

Ensure health & safety and quality standards are consistently achieved

*

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

*

Proven Project Manager experience on residential projects

*

Strong fit-out experience highly desirable

*

Experience managing small teams

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage projects through final stages to handover
