Project Manager – PCSA (Pre-Construction) Role | £100m Scheme

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team in a PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) capacity on a circa £100m construction project in Central London. This role offers the opportunity to be involved from the pre-construction stage, with a clear transition into a site-based Project Manager role, reporting directly into the Project Director once the project goes to site.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RC frame construction, with the ability to contribute effectively during design development, procurement, and early-stage planning.

The Role

Act as Project Manager within a PCSA / pre-construction environment

Work closely with the Project Director during pre-construction

Support design development, buildability reviews, and programme planning

Assist with procurement strategy and early subcontractor engagement

*

Transition into a site-based PM role once construction commences

*

Report directly to the Project Director during delivery

Candidate Requirements

Proven Project Manager experience on large-scale construction projects

*

Experience working under PCSA or pre-construction agreements

*

Strong understanding of RC frame construction

*

Ability to operate confidently within a senior project team

*

Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills
