The Opportunity

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key commercial role in our projects — working closely with project teams to manage cost, risk and commercial performance from pre-construction through to completion. In return for your expertise, we offer an excellent package including:

What You’ll Do

Lead commercial aspects across a varied project portfolio

Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations and forecasts

Support contract administration and procurement activities

Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to drive project profitability

Contribute towards frameworks, supplier negotiations and risk management
