Labour Coordinator

Dewey Solutions Ltd

Dewey Group are a leading supplier of specialist staff to the piling and ground engineering industries. We provide highly skilled operatives and management teams to the UK’s largest infrastructure projects, as well as a wide range of smaller specialist works, and we also support clients on projects internationally.

With several new projects starting and continued business growth planned, we are now looking to recruit a Labour Co-ordinator to join our small, close-knit, and growing team based in Nottingham.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced operational support role, playing a key part in the day-to-day coordination of our workforce and project requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting recruitment and workforce administration

* Maintaining and updating the company database with accurate operative records

* Managing compliance documentation and right-to-work checks

* Organising inductions and onboarding new operatives

* Speaking with operatives from a wide range of backgrounds about upcoming projects and availability

* Advising operatives of current and upcoming vacancies

* Supporting the operations team with general administrative and coordination tasks as required

This is a hands-on, office-based support role in a busy but relaxed, human, operational environment, working closely with operatives and project teams from a wide range of backgrounds. It would suit someone who’s organised, comfortable speaking to people, and happy getting stuck in as part of a small team as the business continues to move forward.

What We Offer

* A down-to-earth team environment

* Exposure to major UK infrastructure and international projects

* The opportunity to grow with the business as it continues to develop

* Bonus scheme available following successful completion of the probationary period

* Holiday allowance that increases with length of service
