Site Engineer

Setting-out Engineer

BIR International is currently looking for 2x setting out engineers to work for one of our well-established RC Frame & Groundworks contractors in Linz, Austria. This is an ongoing project and to be completed in 12-14 months.

The successful candidate will be interviewed immediately, contract will include a mixture of earthworks and reinforced concrete works.

As the Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Accurate setting out/surveying

* Conduct quality control checks and build records

* Estimating concrete requirements.

* Assist on-site team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this Site Engineer/ Setting out Engineer role, you need to be:

* CSCS card is required

* Previously worked as a Setting out Engineer, Site Engineer, or Engineering Surveyor.

* Experienced in RC work and Groundwork- min 3 years.

* Must be proficient with TS016, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.

* Must have EU passport/ ID or Right to work in the EU.

The contractor will be offering up to £350 pday along with free accommodation and transport from accommodation to work location.
