Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a Luxury House Builder based in Birmingham delivering various domestic projects across the West Midlands. Our client are looking to recruit permanent hands on Site Managers & Site Supervisors to run projects from start to completion.

Projects vary from new build, refurbishment & extensions for private clients expecting the delivery of a luxurious finish to their home.

Candidates will ideally have a traditional builders background and must have exposure to all aspects of domestic builds from the ground up. Knowledge of all trades from groundwork/externals, brickwork, to 2nd fix finishing trades is essential.

Salaries on offer are around £40-45k + company van + benefits. Negotiable depending on experience.
