Assistant Quantity Surveyor (With Project Delivery Experience)Salary: Up to £38,000

Location: Office-based in Andover Projects across Hampshire, Wiltshire & Devon

A growing construction and professional services contractor is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its team, working on education and professional services projects (schools, universities, SEN environments) valued between £50k–£500k.

The role offers broad exposure across commercial management, pre-construction, estimating, and project delivery, with strong development and progression opportunities.

Key Duties for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Pricing, cost planning & pre-construction support

Variations, valuations & commercial reporting

Supplier & subcontractor liaison

Fit-out & refurbishment projects (ceilings, flooring, labs, toilets, cabinetry)

Support PMs on delivery, cost control & small works

Assist with CAD drawings and design coordination

About You, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Junior QS or Graduate with site/project experience

Construction, fit-out or refurbishment background preferred

HNC / HND / Degree (or equivalent experience)

Organised, commercially aware, keen to progress
