Contracts Manager
️ Contracts Manager – Groundwork and Civils
Location: Aberdeen | Type: Full-Time – Perm
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver multiple construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with site teams and client representatives to ensure quality, cost control, and strong H&S compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of nominated projects
*
Review designs and specifications
*
Attend site meetings and carry out audits
*
Act as main point of contact for clients
*
Manage variations and design changes
*
Organise labour, plant, and materials
*
Deliver toolbox talks and attend team briefings
Requirements:
*
CSCS Card, NRSWA Supervisor, SMSTS, First Aid
*
Full Driving Licence
*
Minimum 5 years’ site supervisory experience (civil works)
*
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
*
Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
*
General IT literacy
