Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork

An established and award-winning brickwork and masonry subcontractor is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured business with a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South East.

Role Responsibilities:

Full commercial management of brickwork and masonry packages

*

Cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts

*

Subcontractor procurement and account management

*

Working closely with project and site teams to ensure commercial control

*

Supporting the Commercial Manager on multiple live projects

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within brickwork / masonry subcontracting

*

Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control

*

Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

*

Excellent communication and commercial awareness

*

Degree-qualified or equivalent (preferred)
