Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager. You will be working in Andover. This is looking to start ASAP.

Monday – Friday

09:00am – 17:00pm

Temp Contract – Ongoing

Day rate – £320 per day umbrella

Job Purpose

* Enforcing site health and safety rules, conducting site inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring adherence to risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and investigating incidents.

* Supervising daily activities of staff and subcontractors, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, and managing resources on site

* Monitoring project progress against schedules, conducting quality checks and inspections, and ensuring all work meets required technical specifications and quality standards

* Maintaining accurate site records, daily progress reports, and documentation, and reporting progress and issues to the project or operations manager

* Serving as the primary point of contact on site for clients and third parties, attending progress and safety meetings, and managing client expectations
