About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a small office fit-out project based in Kings Langley. The works include the installation of new toilets, kitchens, and internal partitions. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone confident managing trades on site and delivering a project safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day management of the site and subcontractors

* Coordinating works including toilets, kitchens, and partitioning

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Managing the programme and driving progress to meet deadlines

* Liaising with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Maintaining site records, RAMS, and quality control

* Ensuring a clean, organised, and professional site environment

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on office or commercial fit-out projects

* Strong knowledge of fit-out works including M&E interfaces, partitions, and finishes

* SMSTS certification

* First Aid at Work

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage a small site team and subcontractors effectively
