Senior Interior Architect | London

My client, a leading luxury interior design practice in London, is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Architect to lead high-end residential projects in prime locations such as Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea. This is a hands-on role for an all-rounder with strong technical skills, design flair, and the ability to manage teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers.

The Role

Lead and oversee all architectural and technical aspects of luxury residential projects

*

Manage project delivery from concept through construction, including joinery and FF&E packages

*

Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality output

*

Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, maintaining project budgets and schedules

*

Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships for repeat business

Requirements

*

Part III qualified with minimum 2 years’ experience in a London-based luxury studio

*

Proven experience delivering projects with large FF&E budgets (£500k+)

*

Expertise across all RIBA stages: concept, detail, design development, construction documents, and site supervision

*

Hands-on experience in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; InDesign and Photoshop preferred

*

Strong knowledge of luxury interiors, joinery, materials, detailing, and UK building regulations

*

Confident, proactive, and able to take full ownership of projects from start to finish

*

Excellent communication skills and a professional client-facing manner
