Infrastructure Bid Manager

Criteria for the Role

*

Demonstrable experience as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, or Proposal Manager within tier-one or major infrastructure contracting environments.

*

Background in leading bids for large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure programs within sectors such as water, rail, highways, marine, or public infrastructure.

*

Strong understanding of major contract forms commonly used across Ireland, the UK, and international markets (e.g., GCCC, NEC, FIDIC).

*

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a compelling manner.

*

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
