Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established stone contractor operating across the UK construction sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London.

Key Responsibilities

* Procurement and estimating support

* Management of subcontractor packages and payments

* Preparation and submission of applications for payment

* Monthly valuations and cost reporting

* Management of variations and change control

* Preparation and agreement of final accounts

* Client liaison and commercial reporting

* Commercial management of multiple live projects

Experience & Background

* Strong commercial experience within construction, ideally with a specialist subcontractor or SME

* 5–10 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / Commercial role

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control

Qualifications

* HNC / HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
