About your new role:

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit out & refurbishment projects across London.
  
This is a great opportunity to work on fast-paced, design-led commercial interiors projects, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and delivery teams from pre-construction through to final account.

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor:
  
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  
Key responsibilities include:

Cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
Preparation and management of subcontract packages
Procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
Change control, variations, and final accounts
Supporting project teams through all commercial aspects of delivery
Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners   
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within CAT A / CAT B fit out or refurbishment
Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
London-based or willing to commute
