Rate: £400 – £420 per day

We are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager / Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the mechanical delivery of a live hospital project in Bournemouth.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven experience delivering mechanical packages from start to finish within a healthcare environment or similar complex setting.
You will have overall responsibility for all mechanical aspects of the project, including management, coordination, delivery, and compliance, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the mechanical scope of works
*
Managing mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to completion
*
Coordination with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client-side stakeholders
*
Ensuring programme, quality, and commercial targets are met
*
Overseeing installation, commissioning, and handover
*
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Project Manager
*
Strong technical knowledge across building services/mechanical systems
*
Experience delivering hospital or healthcare projects preferred
*
Ability to take full ownership of mechanical delivery
*
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
*
Available to start immediately or at very short notice
