Quantity Surveyor (Heritage)

Redstone Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading London based restoration company within the heritage sector.
This role will include undertaking detailed budget estimates and cost plans, preparing bill of quantities, preparing tender documents, compiling reports and ensuring effective cost management.
The ideal candidate must come from a construction background and hold extensive knowledge of Quantity Surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join an ever expanding company with an increasing workload.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
* Good Negotiation and Sourcing Skills
* NEC Qualification
* Restoration and Heritage Construction background (preferable)
Salary depending on experience.
