The Role: As Project Director, you will have full strategic and operational oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful handover. You will lead a high-calibre team, manage multi-million-pound budgets, drive programme delivery, ensure health & safety compliance, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall leadership and accountability for project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Strategic planning, risk management, and commercial control
Senior client and stakeholder engagement
Team leadership and development

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Project Director (or equivalent senior level) on major construction projects (£50m+)
Strong commercial acumen and experience with large-scale schemes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Chartered status, APM, CIOB)
