Our client's South Wales branch is actively seeking a Bid Manager / Business Development Manager to support continued growth and secure high-value opportunities.

The Role: Drive bid strategy, manage tender processes, and contribute to business development for a forward-thinking main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading bid preparation and submissions
Opportunity identification and client relationship building
Strategy development and win/loss reviews

Requirements:

Experience in bids/business development within construction
Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills
Knowledge of UK procurement processes
