Constructive Moves are currently sourcing a Site Manager for a real estate developer focused on building high-end, bespoke houses and apartments across Essex.

This exciting new project involves the construction of 6 houses in Suffolk.

Your responsibilities will include training, leadership, and support to optimise performance, along with the folowing:

– ✔️Motivating the site team of operatives and sub-contractors.
– ✔️Planning and executing build programmes and sequences.
– ✔️Inspecting work during construction and providing necessary advice and support.
– ✔️Staying updated with customer care issues and addressing them promptly.

This role suits those with experience in house building or construction, who have managed schemes from start to finish.
