Building Services Manager
Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a commercial project team based in Marylebone. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to move to a permanent position. The role will cover both pre-construction and live project delivery, taking over from an existing freelance manager.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate M&E building services on commercial projects
*
Lead pre-construction activities, including design coordination, reviews, and procurement support
*
Oversee live site delivery, ensuring services are installed in line with programme and quality standards
*
Coordinate M&E subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
*
Review and manage RAMS, ITPs, and technical submittals
*
Monitor programme, costs, and quality of building services works
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
*
Attend and lead coordination and progress meetings
*
Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on commercial construction projects
*
Strong background in mechanical and electrical services
*
Experience across both pre-construction and live delivery
*
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
*
Able to work independently and integrate with the wider project team
*
SMSTS and relevant CSCS card preferred
