About the company
Our client is a leading UK-based Subcontract construction company specialising in reinforced concrete structures, infrastructure and civil engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £100 million working on projects across the Home Counties, Greater London and Midlands.
About the Role
We have been asked to find specialist Project Manager capable of delivering a Civil and Infrastructure package. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of Civil Engineering, Utilities, Roads and Services. The ideal candidate will come from an Engineering background. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.
About the requirements
* Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish
* Engineering background with strong technical ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £80,000 – £100,000 per annum.
LTD or CIS options are also available.
