The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. Acting as the project lead, you will manage all aspects of delivery, working closely with site teams, commercial staff, consultants, and the client.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a £30m+ construction project from start to finish
*
Overall responsibility for programme, quality, health & safety, and site performance
*
Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
*
Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business at project meetings
*
Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to control costs and manage risk
*
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
*
Provide accurate progress reporting to senior management
About You
*
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on £20m+ projects
*
Main contractor background essential
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Commercially aware and delivery-focused
*
Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
