Site Manager – Fit Out Projects (London)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong fit out background to deliver high-quality projects across London.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, and maintain excellent health & safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full site delivery of commercial fit out projects

*

Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site

*

Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times

*

Maintain programme schedules and quality control

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers

*

Resolve site issues efficiently and proactively

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out projects (commercial/office/retail)

*

Strong knowledge of fit out trades and sequencing

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage fast-paced London-based projects
