The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will manage commercial workplace and fit-out projects from brief through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard of design and functionality. Working closely with clients, contractors and consultants, the Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.

You'll also be expected to contribute to team collaboration and wider business improvements as part of a tight-knit and entrepreneurial practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across London and the South East

Liaising directly with clients, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Managing cost, programme and quality, with clear reporting and documentation

Supporting feasibility studies, procurement, and contract administration

Maintaining project compliance and stakeholder communication

Helping to grow long-term client relationships

The Project Manager

2+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side PM role

Experience in commercial fit-out, workplace or office refurbishment projects

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline

Progressing towards or recently achieved chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB)

Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working in a client-facing role and managing multiple projects
