An award-winning, client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is looking to recruit a capable Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects across the capital. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys high-specification projects and direct client interaction.

The Project Manager will join a growing team of professionals in a modern, collaborative environment, with exposure to prime residential and boutique hotel developments ranging from £10m-£60m in value.

The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will lead projects from early concept design stages through procurement, delivery and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as key point of contact for clients and design teams

Developing detailed project plans and overseeing milestones

Contract administration and change control

Risk and value management

Reporting on cost, programme and quality

This role will suit a Project Manager seeking more responsibility and progression in a consultancy with a strong emphasis on design quality and client experience.

The Project Manager

BSc/MSc in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

3-5 years' experience within a construction consultancy

Residential or hospitality sector experience preferred

Client-facing with excellent communication skills

MRICS or working towards APC
