Site Supervisor needed in Ipswich

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations
Monitor progress against the programme and report to management
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Maintain site records, reports, and inspections
Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings and specifications
Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionallyRequirements

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S regulations
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
CSCS card
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple trades on siteAbout us:
