Senior Project Manager – M25 Junction Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our high-profile M25 Junction project. This is a key leadership role within a major infrastructure programme, responsible for driving operational performance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

Lead and oversee all project deliverables to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Manage day‑to‑day project operations with strong planning, progress tracking, and governance.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and support the Operations team to maintain high levels of performance and collaboration.
Foster a positive, safe, and high-performing working environment.

Commercial, Contractual & Financial Management

Ensure accurate resource planning and financial forecasting across all phases of the project.
Maintain contractual compliance and support commercial management in partnership with Quantity Surveyors.
Monitor budget performance and ensure effective cost control and value generation.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Manage client expectations through proactive, transparent communication.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impacts on programme, cost, and safety.
Promote strong risk‑reduction processes across the project team.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Demonstrable experience delivering major highways projects, ideally within the strategic road network or similar complex environments.
Proven capability in managing multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure schemes.
Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of contract management.
A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
