Site Agent – Water Industry

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects within the water industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who can manage on-site activities, ensure compliance, and keep projects running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day‑to‑day site activities
Maintain full compliance across site operations, including all required documentation and paperwork
Produce accurate and timely project reports
Update and manage trackers, programmes and other project controls
Review contractor performance, including RAMS assessments
Promote, implement, and monitor health, safety and welfare standards on site
Provide cover for the Project Manager when required

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience working within the water industry
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident in managing contractors and driving quality performance
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
