Overview

A well-established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small fit out projects across Central London.

This is a hands-on contract role focused on fast-paced, technically sound delivery, working on multiple short-duration schemes within commercial environments.

The Role

Manage the mechanical package on multiple small fit out projects

Take projects from pre-construction through to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers

Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

Review drawings, technical information and RAMS

Manage variations, cost control and reporting

Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams

Drive commissioning, snagging and handover

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within fit out or small works

Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services installations

Experience delivering projects in live commercial environments

Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects concurrently

Strong communication and organisational skills

SMSTS preferred
