Managing Quantity Surveyor required in Swansea!
PSR are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work on a Welsh Water contract based in Swansea. Our client is a flexible fast-growing company, and this role offers the potential of hybrid working.
Managing Quantity Surveyor daily duties include:
Carrying out day to day administration
Cost Control
Subcontract management and liaison
Preparing Cost and Value reporting
Have experience within Water Civil's and NEC contracts
Possess excellent communication skills
Have a relevant degree
Possess high attention to detail
Have experience with tier 1 contractors (desirable) Salary:
£75,000 – £85,000
