Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a £12m high-end residential project with one of our well-established clients in London.

This is a technically demanding scheme and will suit a structural / groundwork-focused Site Manager with strong experience delivering complex residential builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management of a high-end residential project

*

Managing basement construction, temporary works, and structural packages

*

Coordinating underpinning, piling, and groundworks contractors

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish

*

Liaising with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and client teams

*

Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality control, and site documentation

Skills and Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects

*

Strong background in structural works, including:

*

Basements

*

Temporary works

*

Underpinning

*

Piling

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

*

Strong technical understanding and ability to manage complex builds

*

Experience working on London-based residential schemes preferred
