Temporary Accommodations Officer

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Temporary Accommodation Officer for an on-going contract role based in Greenwich.

Our client is a well-established Social Housing Provider and, due to continued demand within their Temporary Accommodation service, is seeking an experienced officer to support property compliance, occupancy checks, and safeguarding across their portfolio.

The Role:

Undertake regular visits to temporary accommodation properties to support service delivery and ensure effective management of placements.

Carry out both planned and unannounced inspections to confirm occupancy and adherence to licence or tenancy conditions.

Clearly explain licence or tenancy requirements to residents and promote ongoing compliance.

Identify, investigate, and report issues relating to property standards, occupancy, or resident conduct.

Accurately record all visit outcomes, findings, and actions taken using internal systems.

*

Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, risks, or breaches of conditions in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Standard DBS (must be in place)

Previous experience within Social Housing, Temporary Accommodation, or a similar housing-related role
